Malefycia productions offer immersive, anxiety-provoking events for ages 18 and up.
Malefycia is worth the wait – and this year we’re going all out to make it shorter, clearer and more enjoyable. Here are our 3 commitments:
1: Waiting credit: $10 per full hour of delay
If your passage is 1 full hour later than the time indicated on your ticket, we will give you a $10 coupon when you arrive (calculated in real time).
Example: ticket between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m., you arrive at 10 p.m. → $10 coupon.
Important: per full hour (no $5 for 30 min).
2: Fewer tickets per hour, smoother flow
We have reduced hourly quotas based on 5 years of data (ridership, throughput times, unforeseen events) to minimize overcrowding and improve the pace of entry.
3: More pleasant waiting
We enhance the waiting room atmosphere (bar, entertainment, exclusive content) so that your evening begins as soon as you arrive.
What we can’t promise (and why)
Our live tours are designed to be intense and safe. We may therefore have to temporarily interrupt a portion of the show (e.g., for safety reasons for our actors) or deal with an unforeseen breakdown. These factors are part of the quality of the experience – and we will always prefer safety and artistic integrity to the minute.

Will I receive any tickets ?
You will not receive physical or e-tickets. After your purchase, you will get a transaction confirmation email. Simply present this confirmation (either printed or on your phone) at the admission desk on the day of the event to check in your group.
Where is the event located ?
The event is held at 303 Saint-Joseph Boulevard, Lachine, QC, H8S 2K9.
How long is the waiting time ?
Waiting times vary depending on the day and time. On our website, tickets are color-coded (green, blue, yellow, red, dark red) to indicate expected crowds. On the busiest days (red and dark red), the wait can be between 1 to 2 hours. Rest assured, we have live entertainment in our themed bar, as well as a terrace with a food truck and restrooms to make your wait more enjoyable.
Do you offer group discounts ?
Yes! For groups of 10 or more people (paying in a single transaction), the 11th person gets in for free. Additionally, your group will receive a complimentary 26oz bottle to share at our themed bar. Important: To redeem this offer, purchase only 10 tickets and arrive with your 11th guest.
What are the opening dates and hours of operation ?
We are open on October 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25, 26, 30, and 31, 2025. The event runs from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
Is there parking available ?
Yes, there is an on-site parking lot, but spaces are limited. If the lot is full, there is plenty of street parking available on the surrounding streets, as we are located in an industrial area.
Will I get dirty ?
Yes, it’s possible! Malefycia veterans know there’s a chance of getting messy. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
Is there a coat check?
Yes, a complimentary coat check service is available at the entrance.
Are tickets refundable?
No, all tickets are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for your absence. We provide a window of several weeks, and even months, for you to plan your visit. For more details, please consult the terms and conditions of sale on our website.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts for 60 minutes.
Are pregnant women admitted ?
We strongly advise against participating in this experience if you are pregnant, due to significant and inherent risks (startle scares, potential jostling, etc.). We are not liable for any pregnancy-related incidents. However, if you choose to participate despite this warning, we can provide a distinctive accessory (a glow necklace or a white headband). This will signal to our actors that physical interactions with you must be avoided throughout the experience.
