Description and price of the product or service
Following your payment, Malefycia Productions will provide access to the event, linked to the immersive experience. Our immersive experience includes a journey through a series of disorienting rooms inhabited by characters, actors and cinema-quality immersive sets.
The purchaser agrees to pay the ticket price according to the days and times chosen. Prices vary according to the day and time selected.
Here are the prices for the 2024 edition:
a. $88 – Choice of least busy days and times
b. $94 – Choice of moderately busy days and times
c. $98 – Choice of moderately busy days and hours
f. $108 – Choice of busy days and hours
e. $118 – Choice of very busy days and hours
Terms and conditions of online ordering
The general terms and conditions of sale describe the steps in the purchasing process. The following 3 steps are mandatory:
a. You must view the details of your order, i.e. the products added to the shopping cart, the total price (including taxes) and delivery charges if applicable.
b. You can always modify your order before checkout and payment. It is therefore possible to add, delete or change products selected in the basket before proceeding to the “Checkout” and completing your order by making the payment.
c. Finally, confirm your order and pay the total amount due.
Cancellation & refund
In our legal terms of the right of cancellation, in accordance with the consumer code, the clause of the general conditions of sale relating to the right of cancellation is not applicable.
Since our products sold online are rights of access to the immersive event and not a physical product, we do not issue returns, cancelations or refunds.
Since you are able to plan your attendance or non-attendance well in advance of paying for your access, we are not responsible for your inability to attend for any reason whatsoever (absences, injuries, unforeseen circumstances, etc.).
We are also not responsible for a wrong purchase, a wrong choice of day or time, or for the number of tickets purchased. Since you have plenty of time and opportunity to review and confirm your order, we do not issue refunds or change dates or times.
Customer disputes
Penalties for improper execution of the terms and conditions
The general terms and conditions of sale of our e-commerce site are a binding contract. If we do not deliver within the time indicated, or if the product delivered does not comply with the order description, or if the customer has a claim for breach of contract, the purchaser may in particular obtain :
Price reduction.
Cancellation of the order for a refund.
Damages in the event of prejudice.
Legal and commercial warranties
The principle and terms of the legal warranty of conformity are not applicable in our case.
The principle and terms of the legal warranty for hidden defects are not applicable in our case either.
On the other hand, we guarantee that there will be an event and that you will be able to enjoy an immersive experience when you purchase your access. Should the event be cancelled or postponed, you will have the right to request a partial refund or to renew your access, depending on the new dates made available by our team.
Terms and conditions of delivery
Orders will be delivered within a maximum of 60 days. Failing this, the purchaser is free to cancel the contract by cancelling the order. We will then refund or credit the buyer.
Abusive clauses
We will not derogate from the rules of public order. In particular, the following clauses are considered abusive:
Jurisdiction clause: We will not impose on a customer the court of our choice for the settlement of a dispute. We will respect the legal rules of territorial jurisdiction.
Liability exclusion clauses: the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects are of public order. If we fall within their scope, we cannot exclude them (in our case, they do not apply).
Clauses excluding or modifying the right of withdrawal: in particular, it is forbidden to impose a withdrawal period of less than 14 days. In cases where withdrawal clauses are applicable, we will not impose a period of less than 14 days. (In our case, they do not apply).
