Frequently asked questions about Malefycia shows: age minimum, duration, tickets, and how an immersive experience unfolds.

Will I receive tickets by mail or email?
You will not receive tickets by mail or email. You will receive a payment and transaction confirmation following your purchase. Please present yourself at the entrance to register your group and the individuals included with your purchased tickets.
Where is the event (C10WN) headed?
C10WN takes place at 303 Saint-Joseph Boulevard East, in Lachine, Montreal. This is the same address as last year.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit cards only for online orders and cash only for in-store orders.
Are there any special prices or group discounts?
For every 10 tickets purchased on the same invoice, one additional person enters free of charge: 1 Red Nose and 1 White Collar. For example: 10 tickets purchased: 11 people admitted (1 Red Nose, 1 Collar) 20 tickets purchased: 22 people admitted (2 Red Noses, 2 Collars) 30 tickets purchased: 33 people admitted (3 Red Noses, 3 Collars) Do not purchase tickets for those eligible for free admission; they will be registered on-site. Free admission does not affect the maximum capacity of 18 people per departure.
What are the opening days and operating hours?
October 2026. Tickets are sold from 7 p.m. to midnight.
Is it the same route as last year?
No. For its 10th anniversary, Malefycia presents C10WN with a new route, a new themed bar, and a new layout. The biggest production in the history of Malefycia.
Why doesn't the free entry appear on my bill?
The free entry does not appear as an additional ticket on the online invoice. It is taken into account at the entrance for eligible orders.
Is there parking available?
There is on-site parking. However, the number of parking spaces is relatively limited. If the parking lot is full, there are several places to park nearby and on surrounding streets, as the event is held in an industrial area.
Am I going to get dirty?
If you've visited Malefycia before, you know there's a good chance you'll get dirty. Wear something comfortable that you don't mind getting dirty to avoid any trouble!
Is there a changing room?
Yes, the cloakroom service is offered free of charge upon your admission.
What does the time of my reservation correspond to?
The reserved time slot corresponds to the time slot during which your group will be scheduled to enter the course. We recommend arriving 15 to 30 minutes early to allow time for check-in and ensure a smooth departure within your allotted time. During peak periods, some departures may be slightly delayed.
Are there any refunds if I don't show up?
Regardless of the reason for your absence, we will not refund your tickets. You have several weeks, or even months, to plan your visit to the Malefycia experience. No refunds will be issued before, during, or after the purchase of your tickets, for any reason. If you have any questions, please consult our terms and conditions on our website.
How long does the experiment last?
The experience lasts between 60 and 75 minutes.
Are pregnant women allowed?
The risks of participating in the experiment while pregnant are real and significant. We strongly advise against participating if you are pregnant. We are not responsible for any incidents related to pregnancy. However, if you insist on coming despite our warnings, we can provide you with a free white headband or fluorescent necklace to identify at-risk individuals, who will then be protected from interactions throughout the experience.
What is the minimum age?
This experience is reserved for people aged 18 and over. ID is required for admission.
What do I need to present upon arrival?
Keep your confirmation email: it contains your five-digit entry code, which you must present at the reception kiosks. Each participant must also have their ID.
What happens if I'm late?
You should expect a longer wait. Priority is given to visitors who are present during their reserved time slot.
Does each participant need to register?
Yes. Even if only one person has purchased the tickets, each participant identifies themselves at the terminals and signs their waiver on site.
Can we have a private departure?
Yes. Groups of 14 or more can book a private departure at no extra charge. A departure can accommodate a maximum of 18 people.
How many people can complete the course together?
A group can consist of up to 18 people. We ideally recommend 15 people. Beyond 18, participants should be divided into several departures.
I forgot to buy a Red Nose or a White Collar. Is it too late?
No. You will be able to buy your Red Nose and White Collar on site during your visit.
Do the old red and white headbands still exist?
For C10WN, the old red and white headbands become respectively the Red Nose and the White Collar.
Can we organize a birthday party or a bachelor/bachelorette party?
Yes. Book the tickets for the same time slot, then reply to your confirmation email specifying the occasion and the people being celebrated. The team will then be able to review the options with you.
Is it possible to eat on site?
Yes. A food truck will be on site every Friday and Saturday of the event.
