Will I receive tickets by mail or email?
No. You will not receive tickets by mail or email. After you pay, you get a confirmation with a five-digit entry code. Check in on site so the people covered by your tickets can be registered.
Where is the event (C10WN) headed?
C10WN takes place at 303 Saint-Joseph Boulevard East, Lachine (Montreal), QC H8S 2K9. This is the same address as last year. Note: this is not the Saint-Joseph Boulevard East in the Plateau-Mont-Royal neighbourhood. Visiting from New York or Toronto?
Montreal-Trudeau Airport (YUL) is about 5 km away. From New York, the Amtrak Adirondack arrives at Montréal Central Station at 8:16 PM, in time for the 10 PM to midnight slots. From Toronto, VIA Rail takes about 5 hours. By car, there's parking on site. Passport accepted as photo ID.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit cards for online orders. Cash only for purchases on site.
Are there special prices or group discounts?
For every 10 tickets on the same invoice, one extra person gets in free, plus 1 Red Nose and 1 Immunity Pass. For example: 10 tickets: 11 people admitted (1 Red Nose, 1 Immunity Pass) 20 tickets: 22 people admitted (2 Red Noses, 2 Immunity Passes) 30 tickets: 33 people admitted (3 Red Noses, 3 Immunity Passes) Do not buy tickets for the people who get in free. They are registered on site. The free entry does not change the maximum of 18 people per departure.
What are the opening days and hours?
October 2026. Tickets are sold from 7 p.m. to midnight.
Is it the same experience as last year?
No. For its 10th anniversary, Malefycia presents C10WN with a new route, a new themed bar, and a new layout. It is the largest production in Malefycia's history.
Why doesn't the free entry appear on my invoice?
The free entry is not an extra ticket on the online invoice. It is applied at check-in for eligible orders.
Is there parking?
Yes. There is parking on site, with a limited number of spaces. If the lot is full, you can park on nearby streets. The venue is in an industrial area.
Will I get dirty?
If you have been to Malefycia before, you know you might. Wear comfortable clothes you do not mind getting dirty.
Is there a coat check?
Yes. Coat check is free when you arrive.
What does my ticket time mean?
It is the window when your group is called to enter the experience. Arrive 15 to 30 minutes early to check in. On the busiest nights, some departures start a little late.
Can I get a refund if I do not attend?
No. Tickets are not refunded if you do not attend, whatever the reason. You have weeks or months to plan your visit. No refunds are issued before, during, or after purchase. See the terms of sale on this site.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts between 60 and 75 minutes.
Can pregnant people take part?
Taking part while pregnant carries real and serious risks. We strongly advise against it, and we are not responsible for incidents related to pregnancy. If you still choose to come, we can provide a free white headband or fluorescent collar so the team can keep you out of interactions.
What is the minimum age?
The experience is for people 18 and over. Photo ID is required. A passport is accepted.
What do I need to show when I arrive?
Keep your confirmation email. It contains your five-digit entry code for the kiosks. Each participant also needs photo ID. A passport is accepted.
What happens if I am late?
Expect a longer wait. People who are there during their reserved time go first.
Does each participant need to check in?
Yes. Even if one person bought the tickets, each participant checks in at the kiosks and signs their waiver on site.
Can we have a private departure?
Yes. Groups of 14 or more can have a private departure at no extra charge. A departure holds a maximum of 18 people.
How many people can go through together?
One departure holds up to 18 people. About 15 is ideal. Above 18, the party is split across several departures.
I forgot to buy a Red Nose or an Immunity Pass. Is it too late?
No. You can buy a Red Nose or an Immunity Pass on site.
Do the old red and white headbands still exist?
For C10WN, the old red and white headbands are now the Red Nose and the Immunity Pass.
Can we book a birthday or a bachelor or bachelorette party?
Yes. Buy the tickets for the same time, then reply to your confirmation email with the occasion and the names of the people being celebrated. The team can look at the options with you.
Can we eat on site?
Yes. A food truck is on site every Friday and Saturday of the event.
